| There's an organized state resistance to FCC's net neutrality nonsense, Levandowski is in deeper trouble, and IPOs are hot for 2018. 1. 22 State Attorneys General file lawsuits to block net neutrality repeal The FCC's war on net neutrality is definitely disheartening, but there are a lot of signs that this is not such a cut-and-dried thing. Twenty-two state attorneys general have filed suit to block the repeal, for instance. The U.S. Senate also has 50 votes against the modified rules, and only needs one more to block them – here's hoping some principled Republican crosses party lines.
